Hey, I like and live the Paleo Nutrition mostly. I am a very active person and I am doing CrossFit and or SEALFIT (hard PT) everyday.

As I read Tim Ferris "The 4 hour Body" I heard the first time of "Athletic Greens". Ferris recommends it.

What do you think about the product - also from a Paleo Dieters Point of view?

Thanks and greetings from Germany.

They pack of lot of ingredients and antioxidants to make it look impressive, but none of them are in any clinically significant amount. A lot of these Greens products contain goitrogens too.

Eat food.

Spinach, kale, broccoli. There are your athletic greens.

If I were an athlete, I would avoid most vegetables/fiber. I see no reason to artificially limit your rate of energy consumption.

This product seems to be a glorified multivitamin.

Call me skeptical, but I wonder how much he's being paid to endorse it.

Been on Athletic Greens for a year.I play racquetball 3 days a week, and in the weight room 3 days. Its a nice piece of your overal health and fitness. Try it for 30 days, I think you will feel the difference.

Rumour has it that the guy behind Athletic Greens, Chris Ashenden, is the same guy who was convicted in New Zealand for misleading investors in a property scheme: http://www.stuff.co.nz/business/money/4853552/Why-rent-promoter-Ashenden-convicted Wouldn't trust a guy like that....

As with all supplements, it's just repackaged to make things more convenient.

Came across an interesting review on the topic:

And I noticed you're from Germany. Athletic Greens is not actively delivering to locations outside of the US I believe. The review did talk about the alternatives though.
