I saw Strauss Farms Calf Liver in the frozen food case at Wholefoods today. It appears to be from pasture raised calves. It is pricey at 9.99 for a one pound box.

Has anyone here purchased this before, if so, how does it taste?

Yes - it tastes pretty mild and good as far as liver goes. There recipes on the box are pretty good - just Paleofy them. I've been told chicken liver is the mildest then veal then beef then pork then lamb ...
