Hi! I can't seem to lose weight and the paleo front is compelling. However, I'm extremely allergic to the following:
Eggs Seafood Nuts coconuts
We are talking hives, anaphylaxis.
So... Like what would I eat for breakfast?

I think you should base your meals around red meat, lamb, chicken, liver, vegetables, fruit, butter There's nothing wrong with a steak for breakfast! |

Fruit, veggies, homemade breakfast sausage, chicken, steak. I am allergic to a lot of things too but you can make it work. Get some paleo cookbooks for ideas or look online for meal ideas. |

For breakfast, lunch and dinner you can eat anything you are not allergic to. Are you allergic to beef? Chicken? Pork? I don't eat eggs (I have read they are not good for autoimmune), nuts (they bother my stomach), coconuts (ditto) and seafood (not allergic but too expensive). Today I had salmon and sweet potatoes for breakfast. |

Who says you have to start the day with eggs? After all, isn't breakfast just a break from the fasting that you had while you slept? Back in my college days, breakfast was often pizza left over from the night before. And I still eat leftovers for breakfast, but now it's of the paleo type. :) |

I've moved to cold cuts and tomatoes, cheese and a couple of slices of cucumber. I tried sausage but was too heavy for me in the morning. Thanks so much! |
