Currently I am drinking just one cup of upgraded bulletproof coffee a day. Is there any benefit to cycling off on say Saturdays and Sundays? Currently I haven't had any since Friday morning (12:30am had to work late one night) I feel mostly fine with a very light headache. Is it worth going through the withdrawal process every weekend? Would the stress of the withdrawal be worse than my low dose coffee? If anyone has any insight, I'd appreciate any advice. I also take some nootropics, and plan to cycle them off on the weekend as well.

Honestly, a daily dose of quality coffee (12-16 oz of UC) with the healthy fats (like in BPC) isn't a problem and is likely very beneficial. I don't see any benefits of not consuming it everyday unless it's becoming something that is an addiction above and beyond your control. I personally consume it every day and instead of it being a stimulant that allows me to function, I view it as an infusion of nutrition that helps me function more optimally. |
