Unfortunately, living in a very rural area, I have been unable to find any coconut milk in my local grocery stores. Since I will have to order some online and it will probably be best to order a case of it at a time, does anyone have any coconut milk recommendations?

Make your own! Easy peasy. 1 cup dried shredded organic coconut to 4 cups water. Blend for 4/5 minutes and strain. Delicious. |

Beware of "fillers" in Coconut Milk. Things like Carrageenan and Xanthan Gum. They add "bulk" to the product, which basically means they can sell you a large carton and not have to put as much coconut in it. I use them every so often, but maybe only 1/4 of a cup at a time or so because of these additives. |

I get native Forest, classic, organic at the store. Read the reviews on that Amazon seller... People were complaining that some of that coconut milk was of poor quality. |

Check if it as Carrageenan in it as a thickener. It causes cancer especially colon cancer. |
