For general wellbeing: Eat more, try a sweet potato or two, vary your food intake, and eat more fat.
Try some organ meats(not recommended for newbies in my opinion, have to be in the paleo mindset to enjoy them, but they're delicious), don't freak out and understand you're actually doing yourself a favor...if you were a heavy carb intaker previously i.e. soda and other stuff then you will have a carb flu most definitely, but it goes away quick(age and carb intake are factors(gut health) I believe).
An olive oil vinaigrette is a good dressing, as is olive oil mayo. If you ate a lot of fiber previously, eat a lot more vegetables in the beginning of your transition. You can ween off them as you replace more nutrients with fat soluble meat sources.
If you tolerate dairy, it's not wrong to get some good butter and milk.
You say you feel like you're falling apart...the key aspect of Paleo is going by how you feel - your energy levels should be AWESOME. If they aren't, wait it out.
