I heard on one of the Paleo Podcast that low-testosterone levels cause anxiety? Does anyone have any more info on this? How does this relate to women?

Low T is associated with higher levels of anxiety and depression. If it is associated with higher levels of anxiety then ancillary panic attacks are probable as it is an extension of anxiety disorder.

Try having more oily fish with omega 3, magnesium supplementation (citrate, malate, or other chelated forms), more red meat and heavy strength training.
