I've just noticed Denise Minger's diet (which she states is just her personal take for her) http://rawfoodsos.com/2010/01/20/my-current-diet/ and I'm interested if anyone here eats or ate like this with mostly raw mixed fruit/veg/meat/fish/eggs.
Note: I'm aware of the advantages of cooking for nutrient availability (certain nutrients), food safety issues and neutralization of goitrogens. So I don't mind if you mention those issues, but don't want to spend much time on it. I'd be more interested in how you deal with those issues. For instance, do you choose to cook certain foods, but not most? Do you avoid certain foods?
I'm also more interested in personal experiences. Did or does it work for you? What percentage raw? What foods do you eat? Raw or cooked or very lightly cooked?
