I wonder why?

The eggs I got from the farmer's market didn't cause acne, while the omega-3 free range eggs at my grocery probably did (but not sure).

I tried grass fed meat from the farmer's market AND whole foods. They both taste superior to grain fed but they both gave me acne.

Offal though, didn't give me acne. I ate sweetbreads and calf liver.

What's up with grass fed meat?

How are you so sure that X causes acne, while Y doesn't? Are you sure you're just not pinning it on the wrong thing? – Matt Jun 3 at 2:48
I can't be completely sure, but once I eat something, I react to it within a few hours. Every time I eat meat, there's a little bit of acne growing at my temples. – Paleomofo Jun 3 at 4:36
Eat the organs, gelatinous cuts and shellfish and it should be fine. – Korion Jun 3 at 6:29
Try meat from a different butcher. Try different types of meat - veal, lamb, etc. – VB Jun 3 at 19:06
