I guess it's not impossible. When I began my journey towards recovering from an eating disorder, I heard many stories of people in their '20s that grew a few inches during recovery because they were malnourished throughout their teen years. I don't know if this has been scientifically proven though.

Have you started wearing minimalist footwear? I wonder if your feet have just changed shape as they perhaps are no longer being squeezed into conventioanl shoes?! |

Since hiking the Pacific Crest Trail and wearing minimalist/wide shoes, my feet have grown quite a bit and I'm 47 years old. Right now I'm wearing a pair of sandals I bought in the early 1990s (would have been in my 20s then) and had buried in the closet. The imprint from my feet back then are still there. My toes are almost over the front edge of the sandals and no longer within the imprint of my own 1990s feet. |

I did grow 1 full inch after dropping vegetarianism! Also, working in kitchens and standing aaallll daaaaaay with minimalist shoes has made my feet considerably, noticeably wider. So it could be a lifestyle thing too! |
