It's time for me to take a break from fruit. It's been a major vice because as Robb Wolf likes to say, "the poison is in the dose." I notice that last night and this morning, having had a fair amount of fruit in the last few days, including a number of carrots (close enough to fruit in my book) my thinking has been a bit "scrambled." Not sure how else to describe it but I notice myself making silly thinking and writing mistakes.
Anyway, I'm curious if others of you have noticed STS (scrambled thinking syndrome) from eating too much fruit or other sources of sugar.
