If I sent you a paypal check, would you give me some ultimate nutrition meal plans? I want to do the best I can to maximize results. I am willing to do anything and I am not looking for an easy way out.
Eat real food. If your skinny, add some whey/dairy and sweet potato post workout. Eat to your full and if trying to bulk up, eat some more. If your overweight, eat enough carbohydrate to fuel your workouts but stay away from starchy carbs/fruit at all other times. Don't use your mouth as a vacuum cleaner. Count your calories if your super keen. It not rocket science.
Please don't trust any ol' stranger on the internet to make a plan for you. We are all very diverse in how much/little we know about nutrition, how long we've done paleo, our personal diets (whether we consume dairy, rice, etc), macronutrient makeup that works for us (low, moderate vs. high carb/protein/fat) with every different goals. It would be hard to know someone's credentials by just asking and hoping for an "optimal plan" when that can mean so many different things.
I'd also suggest some books like Paleo for Athletes or good paleo blogs and just testing some things out yourself.
If you really want someone else to help make you a plan, I'd suggest looking up a nutritionist in your area who is supportive of plaeo.
I would recommend that you not pay anyone for a plan and take a few of days to read and come up with your own plan, write it down, try it and then tweak. Having someone else write up a plan specific for you suggests taking a shortcut and Paleo is not really about shortcuts, it is about the long haul. I am not suggesting that you are lazy or anything like that, I just think you might be missing one of the most important steps.
Now I am going to contradict myself and tell you what you could do to get started on what many would consider an optimal path (and I am sure I will miss some things so, everybody, please chime in). I am no expert but I have had a lot of success with converting fat to muscle over the last 5 months.
If you want to make it really simple:
Don't cheat for 30 days and then tweak as necessary
Once you've done this for 30 days you can try mixing in some other stuff like intermittent fasting.
If you haven't already, I would suggest reading "the paleo solution". I think it is more about going all out in the beginning versus other books I have read.--
Thanks for advice....Vega one gets awful reviews on every site I have checked. Everyone says Raw Meal is the way to go. I also thought Whey was not paleo? I am looking for something liquid for pre and post crossfit.
