After being scared to order K2 supplement from iherb and possibly not receiving the item due to it being a "banned" item(anything with vitamin K which this one had both K and K2) here in Canada, I finally decided to try ordering from well.ca which is a Canadian site. Their site has NOW brands Vitamin K2 and one with both D3+K2. If any of you have experience with taking this specific brand's K2, how is it? Any differences in health, teeth(most people notice less plaque with other brands)? What other brands do you Canadians use?

Vit K2 is not banned here in Canada, there is just a maximum strength that is allowed to be sold by Law, it's 60mcg or 100mcg. I buy Vit K2 @ 100mcg from my health food store regularly. |
