About 2 months ago I had a nice set of abs at 175 lbs..I caught a cold for about a week and slowly lost them. This past month I went off the deep end. I've drank beer the past three weekends, binged on foods i shouldn't be eating (Pizza, white bread, cheese etc..), and I've gained a little over 10 lbs and I'm around 187 right now.
But people are telling me my face looks better..I'm not sure what to do. I feel like I was healthier 10 lbs ago..& I can slowly feel the fat creeping back around my stomach and thighs.
I've looked in the mirror and I really do think I look a little better. I just don't know what to do. I binged on pizza and even had cake yesterday..so it's pretty much like i'm starting over.
Should i keep the weight on by eating a crap load of calories or should I lose the 10 lbs & go back to the skinnier face?
any suggestions?
