I'm...Type X? I'm feisty, independent, assertive, good at strategic planning, and can step in and lead when I have to, but I'm also one of the most disorganized people I've ever met. (Today, I'm trying to find my zoo membership card so I can take my mom to an event there tomorrow morning, and...WHERE IS IT? OMG. I may have to clean out my office to find it.).
My eating habits were really disorganized, too. I was a constant mindless snacker, grabbing bites here and there all day, eating when I wasn't even hungry, eating without even realizing I was eating just because food was there. So a combination of VLC/HF, plus IF, has finally killed my junk food cravings and created much-needed rules and order regarding when I can eat and what.
And because of that, I now have more energy and my thinking seems to be less scattered--so maybe establishing orderly eating habits will eventually help me establish some semblance of order in the rest of my life? That would be nice.
