im about to finish INSANITY in two weeks, and i enjoyed it alot. What do you guys think about INSANITY the asylum? should i get it or do another round of the regular INSANITY?

www.crossfitfootball.com its an awesome cardio/weight program that is similar in style, but will make more strength gains than just plyometrics. do the off season workout/weights if you aren't training for anything else. |

I just came off of two back-to-back rounds of Insanity Deluxe and it was amazing. For the last four weeks of the second round, I added a 5x5 lifting routine 3 days a week (I also do 5 mile runs a couple times a week). I wound up going from 174 to 163 over the 130 days it took to complete the two rounds (I am a 38 year old 5'10" male). Now I am in the best shape of my life. I am going to start up the Asylum program in a few weeks. I hear that "Insanity: The Asylum - Volume 2" is about to be released! |

Yo mike, I lost your email address somewhere but I wanted to let you know that I got it 2 weeks ago. I've been doing Asylum workouts for the past two weeks (in addtion to ballet and Ahstanga yoga) and totally love it. I'd definitely, definitely recommend it. |
