I'm curious how many people feel like they have reached an optimal or almost optimal level of mental and physical health because of paleo / primal / ancestral eating. I know that you could always be "healthier" and this is a subjective question, but I wonder how many among us feel like we've finally figured out that perfect combination of food or lifestyle. If so, what was the final tweak that got you into this place? How long have you felt this way? More importantly, how long did it take?
So, how healthy are you?
Just to give it some objective measurement, rate it on a level of 1 - 10
1 = I can't leave my bed, my guts are melting and I hate everyone
5 = Nothing is falling off but I have a while to go before I'm going to climb any mountains
10 = I will live forever, my cavities have healed, my eyesight is perfect, and I emit a pleasant fragrance when I perspire
