pleaseplease please im a bodybuilder and having a hard time finding a paleo meal plan to supplement my caloric needs for bbing? 3000? can someone hepl me with a template?

there are many guys (and gals!) on paleohacks who lift big and eat big. just use the search tab :)

i see what you're saying, but if the OP is just looking to bodybuild and nothing else, why are they here? they can easily just sub potatoes for oatmeal and call it a day. i assumed they were looking for a more healthy food structure as well, which crossfitters eat in my opinion. forgive me if that was a false assumption. – Rebekah Jun 18 2012 at 19:58

Body builders get big because they eat a lot. Just make sure what you eat follows a Paleo template (like yams instead of oatmeal or meat protein instead of whey). When you look at a typical BBr's meal plan, just think outside the box a little.

Michael,

What are you attempting to do at the moment? You said you're bodybuilder, but did not specify what phase you're in, when your next competition is, what your current stats are like, etc. Please elaborate.

Height/Weight/BF%?
Time until show?
Current training routine?
Current diet?

Is the issue just that you're having trouble eating 3,000 calories worth of food?
