As the title says, I like Zevia and it seems to be a fairly naturally based product that shouldn't cause a crazy insulin response or dissolving your bones. But it isn't water or tea either so....? Drink it or not?
I have been known to drink a Zevia on a special occasion when everyone else is enjoying a pizza and soda or something, but rarely. Best not to make a habit of it, the sweet flavor and carbonation can be addictive... But if you have mastered the art of moderation and it doesn't trigger a binge or sugar craving, I don't think it's a big deal at all to enjoy one now and again.
The cream soda is delicious by the way!
I drink it on occasion. Every so often, I just want a cola. A six-pack lasts me around a month, so as you can tell, I don't drink it often.
If I want fizz, I also (especially during the summer down here on the Gulf Coast) will splurge on either kombucha, water kefir, or Kevita. Plenty of bubble, and very refreshing.
