A close friend of mine is recovering from several years with Lyme's Disease and has lost a considerable amount of muscle mass due to the disease and the strong antibiotic cocktails she was on. She was always athletic and had a low body fat index but now fat is practically non-existent, so is her muscle mass.

She was a veggie, grain, low fat - organic eating person all along, now she's going Paleo and trying to up her protein and fat intake but is afraid she will lose even more weight (she doesn't have it to lose!), so how would you recommend she eat to gain?
