Foragers Market on 8th Ave & 22 (I think, either 21 or 22). Also Union Square farmers market has plenty of choices

Fleisher's in Brooklyn. OMG their sausages are 100 times better than any other sausage I have ever tasted in my entire life. I shopped at their Kingston store.
