Fish. A whole lot of veggies. And a whole lot of meat too, actually. I like most veggies raw, so I guess it's just the structure of cooked veggies I don't like. I am experimenting with buying the ones I hate now anyway, and preparing them differently. I'm trying anything, roasting, steaming, putting them in sauces, etc. So far it's going well.
I already found out that I like spinach, that cauliflower is okay as rice in a nice sauce, and today I am going to try and roast it.
I'm still working on the fish and meat. I bought some tuna because that's apparently the least fishy fish. Haven't had the guts to try it yet though. And meat is more a brain thing I think. I was a vegetarian for a while, and anything that is too "meaty", has bones, or sounds "cute", I can't eat. I'm all for ground beef and chicken, but everything else...:S Yesterday I made some steak cut in small pieces, but it was so chewy it almost made me throw up. I guess I need some lessons in preparing!
