This might be a really stupid question, but does anybody know whether or not your need for fat soluble vitmans increases as your body fat percentage goes down?
The reason I ask is because I've noticed that when I'm running a bit leaner than usual, I get really strong cravings for eggs, and will end up eating anywhere in the range of 4-8 a day. Seeing as how fat soluble are stored in adipose tissue, wouldn't it make sense?
Should I be worried about the PUFA? 8 adds up to a fair amount. If it means anything, I'm eating organic eggs from "Vital Farms," which are 100% free range and devoid of soy and grains.
Thanks for your input/answers.
