There are a couple of similar (but not the same) questions in the archives on this and it seems unlikely that anyone would overdose on K2 but if I take the Life Extension Super K supplement plus high vitamin butter oil (half a teaspoon) plus eat some, though not masses, of pastured butter and a couple of egg yolks every day, am I getting too much?
It seems those with bad bones (I've got mild osteoporosis) might need more in any case and as with all things I've no idea how much I'm absorbing if I've got gut issues (though my last iron level was top of the range so I'm obviously absorbing that fine!) I take D3, FCLO and magnesium so should I take both supplement and butter oil or will the butter oil alone be enough? Just want to cover all bases as I'm never sure with Green Pastures products, good as they are, exactly what the vitamin content is as they are a food not a supplement.
