If, while doing a Whole30, you have a cheat - ie a champagne toast at a wedding, etc, should you start your Whole30 over to really get the full effects of it, or just continue on your way?
Note, this is my second Whole30.

This is a personal question. Undertaking something like Whole30 is a personal choice. Whether or not you cheat or slip up is your own decision. Nobody is judging you. There aren't any prizes awarded. It's your health. If someone truly does slip up, one time, that being the ONLY time during the program, and it being a sip of alcohol, I wouldn't worry about it. That's only for you to decide though. Some people would start over because they couldn't live with not completing things perfectly. |

Is alcohol that terrible of a cheat? I try to stay pretty strict to Paleo (currently trying autoimmune protocol) and I usually end up having a glass or two of wine on the weekend. |
