I have been going pretty Paleo for a while now and haven't once thought about counting calories because I felt like i wasn't eating enough for them to be excessive and worth pouring over. However, now i'm just plain curious about how many I'm getting now. All of the calorie counters online you have to sign up for which is such a hassle, any counters online that you know of that you can just plug in a list of what you've eaten and get the calorie total without all the registration nonsense?

I know you said you don't want to register but I signed up in less than a minute. It's designed for paleo so it really does track everything for you and it's so easy to use |

Cron-o-meter also has an app you can install on your PC. No signup there, but pretty limited food database since it's stored local on your drive. |

The USDA has one. https://www.choosemyplate.gov/SuperTracker/default.aspx You can add up a whole day without having to register. Registering lets you keep a running record of many days. |
