I know that are high in PUFA. but they are tasty, and good source of a few different things.
also a lot easier to peel than a coconut xD.

Dunno. Lots of things have PUFA. Isn't worth the stress over some polyunsats in your day, as long as you are eating enough sat fat as well and it isn't the bulk of your diet.
