I don't count calories and I never will but I'm trying to lose a little body fat. I'm currently a little over 15% and i'd like to be somewhere between 11-13%

I've been trying to eat less..doing little things like eating 3 eggs for meals instead of 5 but I still feel just as full.

My main question: should you feel a little hungry if your on a calorie deficit? And How do I cut the body fat? Longer, intense exercise? or should I try to cut down my calories to the point where I occasionally feel hungry?

*I also run, sprint, or swim fasted in the mornings 3-5 days a week (aside from my normal workouts)

Sorry I know this question might be a little confusing and all over the place...but I appreciate any advice I can get.

Here's the thing. You can't have your paleo almond flour cake and eat it too :)

If you don't want to count/measure/log your calories, then you really can't get that specific about your body percentage numbers. All you can do is try to eat a bit less while still getting as much nutrients as possible. Is it paleo to actually force yourself to eat less than what you body needs.. NO! But hey, we all wanna look good right?

So to me, I would honestly either do the best you can, and just focus on eating as clean a diet as possible, and try to avoid cheat meals and food that are very caloric dense (paleo treats, too much coconut milk, nuts, dried fruits, etc). OR, bite the bullet, realize that you are in the modern world, and damnit you wanna bf % in the low teens and monitor your intake and nail this caloric deficit down! That's what I do, and it helped my drop a few percentage points.

"I don't count calories and I never will" I suppose then you will never know how many you consumed, as that is the only way I can dream up, aside from those newfangled esophagus tickers they surgically install.
