Hi,

Chin breakouts usually mean something might be up with your hormones.

If you have or might have PCOS, chin breakouts is also a symptom.

Adult acne is also caused by too much insulin.

Usually acne forms below the skin days before it emerges. So it might not be one night with less sleep?

I use to have clusters of serious acne, luckily it never become a full fledged all over the face issue as I got it under control. hope this helps

Stress can, so it's possible. The joy of hormones will do it, as will diet and beverage indescretions, and just being of a certain age range. Pinning it down to one thing? Pretty hard to do without multiple trials. The cost of lack of sleep is worse than acne, so I'd personally avoid those trials.

For me, absolutely, it does.

yes, probably due to the body's reduced ability to regulate blood sugar and/or insulin. if you do get a bad night's sleep, don't eat any carbs (or dairy) the next day.

I find that my face breaks out whenever I post three questions in a row on PH about the exact same issue. So I don't. You might really, really want to try that.
