I am not a huge fruit eater. I am not against fruit, I just prefer vegetables. I do eat apples a couple of times a week, and sometimes a banana before or after exercise, especially if I'm getting leg cramps. I eat berries, but I can stop after just a few.
But fresh local cherries, those are a special case for me. I wait for fresh local cherry season every year. This is the first cherry season that I'm fully paleo, and today I ate too many cherries. Oh well.
My question is, is there a seasonal produce item that is your downfall, that you wait for and how do you behave? Do you eat too much of it? Avoid it at all costs? Just go into denial that you have a problem and then do damage control?
