Does anyone have experience with or knowledge of compartment syndrome in the forearm? I know it's a long shot, but I'm hoping someone can shed some light on non-invasive treatment besides rest (sucks), lots of anti-flammatories, or manual massage.

Massage is the best and least invasive treatment for compartment syndrome. Acupuncture might help or dry needling, but needles are way more invasive that massage and of course a fasciotomy would be ridiculous when massage will work, it just might be uncomfortable if you go too fast. My advice would be to find a good massage therapist and start your journey of healing. You could also have a friend walk on your arm. All of your options involve some discomfort and inconvenience. There is no magic pill for tight fascia. The good news is that you can totally recover without surgery. |

ice and elevation combined with a foam roller- eventually that fascia will stretch. |
