I've heard that one of the Vitamin D books, written by a dermatologist, has a chart of how much sun exposure to get at different times of the year that's based on your latitude and skin color. Does anyone know which that book is? Or, is there a chart or program on the web somewhere that gives that information?

Like this one? http://nadir.nilu.no/~olaeng/fastrt/VitD-ez_quartMED.html

It is from the Norwegian Institute for Air Research. It even includes sky and surface conditions, time of day, altitude if preferred.

How Do you get it to take West longitudes? Just add 180?

ETA: For South Latitudes and West longitudes use negative numbers
