I find all the mention of "sugar" comical. I'm in no way advocating eating large amounts of sugar/donuts, etc, etc, but tjhere is sugar in quite a few things I (and possibly you) eat (dark chocolate being one of them, even 99% dark chocolate, very little but nonetheless). Some dressings and other foods have sugar in them. Now, eating high sugar content foods or adding sugar to dishes should always be a no no (or approached very cautiously). Just sayin......... ; )
With that, my list is as follows:
1) Flour (white/wheat, the crappy ones)
2) Wheat
3) Oats (oatmeal, granola and the like)
4) Junk oils (vegetable/soybean, etc)
5) Imitation/artificial sweeteners (Splenda/sucralose, Sweet N Low, Equal/aspartame, although I occasionally use Truvia and Stevia, so sue me, lol) and High Fructose Corn Syrup (ya, that might be considered #6, ah, who cares, lol).
