I am wondering if I should approach it gradually, like 80/20, or just go all in from the very beginning.
Some background: I have a husband and one-year-old daughter that will both eat whatever meals I prepare/suggest. My husband will always have something non-paleo around to snack on, though.
I have some problems with self-control particularly where sugar is involved.
I am in grad school and am living a high-stress existence, which has contributed to poor eating and weight gain.
I love running, backpacking/hiking, and Pilates and they are my main forms of exercise. I do work some strength training in on a pretty regular basis.
I am 5'8" and 153 pounds.
