Had a Tetanus jab on Thursday and had a severe fever on Friday night along with awful stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Today I still feel very nauseus, but I don't know what to eat. Before I would have a piece of dry toast but now nothing paleo seems to appeal to me.

Edit: I had to take the jab to go to school in America.

Edit: MADE THE MOST DELICIOUS APPLE SAUCE, and banana smoothies, feeling almost 100% already! Thanks guys

I'd be more suspect of food poisoning than a tetanus shot. – Matt Jul 8 at 16:53
Definitely not that, have been eating very well and my food was not contaminated; the symptoms started after the vaccine – jess Jul 8 at 20:35
Why would there be a 24 hour delay in reaction? Your symptoms sound like food poisoning, even if you think your food was not contaminated. Considering you're in the UK, it's not surprising you're suspect of vaccines, they definitely got hit hard with vaccine skepticism after the whole vaccine-autism debacle. – Matt Jul 9 at 11:40

Not everyone considers white rice paleo but I find it very soothing for diarrhea. Ditto bananas. Soluble fibre.

PS "Jab" tells me you are in the UK?

BRAT diet for diarrhea...bananas, rice, applesauce, or toast. Toast isn't paleo. – MiMintzer Jul 8 at 17:10
Just been eating rice, can't wait for this to pass :/ And yep I sure am! – jess Jul 8 at 17:43
Insert "tea" for "toast" and the BRAT diet still works. – MathGirl72 Jul 8 at 19:14

Bone Broth.

...poached eggs, homemade vege soup, soft low fat fish broiled?

All seems too heavy for me, maybe some veg soup would be good – jess Jul 8 at 11:46

Yeah, good ole chicken stock soup maybe. Unfortunately all bets are off when you introduce those sort of things to your system and end up having a reaction.
