I've been in ketosis for 5 days and intend on staying in it for 7 weeks
I've been craving a banana smoothie all day and I'm just wondering if it's possible to make one without breaking my ketosis?
Any suggestions are welcome

It's possible, but everybody is different. Why don't you have banana blended with coconut milk and ice? Just ONE glass.
The sugar content in bananas is pretty high. Even without the addition of the milk sugars, that's not likely to be conducive to keeping up the ketosis, if that's your aim.
A banana has between 20-30 carbs, depending on the size. That, in and of itself is not enough to totally stop ketosis, so I would say go for it.
I say just go for it. Eating it after a workout will have the least impact, but seriously we are talking about ONE banana here there are far worse things you could be eating instead.
Don't cheat at all for the first 3 weeks. You need to become keto adapted first.
Go ahead! make it with 1 banana, 1 can of Goya coconut milk, 1 tsp. cinnamon powder, 6 packets of Stevia and a handful of cashews. The cinnamon will reduce the glycemic load of the banana.
This roughly will have 30 gr. of carbs
