Hi folks,

I'm currently finishing my multivitamin(which is a pretty good formula, from an European bulk store, is a 4 capsule dose, with pretty good forms of ingredients and low folic acid, an i can control the dosage, i may add just one capsule) and i'm not interested in buying a new one, since i got my diet pretty dialed in.

Instead i would like a B-Complex, just to tap some deficiency here and there(mainly folate and thiamine). I also take some Vitamin C, ZMA( not for the sake of pseudo-muslce enhacing properties, but got a pretty good deal and its a way of geeting superior zinc and magnesium forms for low price, aswell as some extra B-6, which is good due to my high protein diet, whick may deplete it.

The issue: I've found these one by Thorne, which as folate not as folic acid. But it carrries a supradose of some B Vitamins: e.g: 40 mcg of B1(2600% RDA), 100mcg B-12(1600%RDA) B6 23mg is is 1600% Rda too.

The forms are excelent, but wouldn't these numbers be a litte too much, even if i only supplemented 1-3 times a week?

Or maybe getting these one which is lower dose plus a folate supplement?

I use NOW brand B complex. I am very pleased with it. It's affordable and it works as it should.

I like B-Complex Plus by Pure Encapsulations. You could also try calling NEEDS and speaking with someone who could recommend one based on you particular needs/desires. I've found them to be very helpful. http://www.needs.com/

Thank you so much. Actually i'm from Europe, so i'm limited in buying from the States. Iherb offer a flat rate of about 6 dollars, which is awsome to someone paying in euros. ;) The recomended brand by you would be awsome, because it the same quality as the one bu Thorne Research, just more reasonable amounts. – Flip Jul 10 at 18:03
