If PaleoHacks were to have an entrance-exam to weed out trolls and spam, what questions would you include on the exam?

Rather than offer questions about how in line with the paleo diet the person is, I would suggest (for this hypothetical exam) questions from the FAQ. It isn't important that a person posting on here follow the paleo diet, just that they are thoughtful, sincere, helpful, and on topic. Paleo is a starting point for thinking about diet and lifestyle questions. There are loads of tweaks that people implement for what's right for them. And the benefit of the forum is that the people here are well-informed and think critically for themselves, and they share their experiences (either personal or from their clients) and the information they've found in their search for health and wellness. S'wonderful. |

You could always ask people 1) Why they are joining the site, 2) What their current diet is like, and 3) What they understand about a Paleo diet |

Just need all hands on deck to flag things like spam, and IP bans, the worst trolls are usually repeat offenders. |

Are you aware that you may be overweight? Feel bloated? Have insatiable cravings for certain types of food? Low energy, lethargy? Do you frequently have a food coma? Constipated? Questions most likely related to the effects of a SAD diet. If you answered yes to one or some then maybe you should hang out a bit. seriously in all humour. |
