What are your thoughts on Macadamia Meal? Is there anything wrong with it?

It seems pretty nutritionally sound and won't upset the Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio in a balanced diet.

I'm yet to try it. Thinking of having it for breakfast, with fruit and almond milk.

So... prepared in an oatmeal-esque fashion? Much akin to Robb Wolf's description of "nutty hot cereal"? If so, and you're not attempting to lose body fat, go for it. Sounds good. (I think I'd opt for whole cream or even coconut milk for the flavor over almond milk, however.)

agreed that it isn't bad, but not if you are trying to lose weight. The almond milk will have more Omega-6 in it compared to Coconut or heavy cream. – RaiseFitness Jul 14 at 23:34
Yeah, I like the sound of coconut milk instead of almond milk. – Leatherknuckle Jul 15 at 0:12

I really doubt that it has significant problems to it. Someone will probably come in and say something about some antinutrient or whatever, but, yeah, I really doubt it.

You should make sure to have some protein at breakfast, though. Whey powder, gelatin, egg powder, etc.
