I really want to get kefir into my life but I don't know where to get it!

Is freeze dried ok? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Yo-Gourmet-Freeze-Dried-Kefir-Starter/dp/B000LKXRWC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1342392101&sr=8-1

I ordered from this company, very satisfied with the product, delivery time and customer service. http://www.buy-kefir.co.uk/

I have some water kefir grains & am waiting for some milk kefir grains from a friend. Once they multiply, I could send you some FFP.

Freeze dried are fine too though.

I get mine from http://www.nourishkefir.co.uk/ but I buy it from a local health food shop.

There's a 'stockists' link on the site which shows you where you can purchase locally.

I make mine into a smoothie with a tub of bluberries, 2 tablespoons of flaxseed (from these guys: http://www.linwoodshealthfoods.com/) and a tablespoon of cashew butter - it's absolutely delicious!

I just sent some to London with my sister who was visiting. It should multiply and then she would have extra, in principle... where do you live?
