I've been Paleo for two and a half weeks. I'm a 5'5" female, and started at (ulp) 170. This morning I was 154. 16 lbs in 18 days...should I be alarmed by this? I'm not hungry, feel perfectly satisfied, have not increased activity at all. What do you think?
When I started (207) I lost 5.5 lbs a week for the first three weeks (so 16.5 lbs in 21 days). Then plateaued for two weeks with no change in weight. After that I was pretty consistent at 2 - 3 lbs per week until I hit my current weight (165) where I have been for about 6 weeks.
You are doing great, you may hit a plateau (as I did), just stick with it!
