I froze some heavy cream that I whipped to eat with my strawberries, and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to use it?

Brussel Sprouts! About a pound, remove the outer leaves and cut in half. Cook a couple pieces of bacon, remove and chop up. Fry the brussel sprouts in the bacon fat on medium high until they start to brown, then turn down the heat to medium low and put in half a cup of heavy cream (toss in a bit of salt and black pepper if you like). Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the cream is mostly absorbed. Toss with the bacon and a splash of lemon juice. |

Make mashed goodness: steam cauliflower in chicken stock or water, puree it in a food processor (how I do it) or blender, add butter, salt, pepper, and cream to make it all sorts of creamy goodness. I've served it with dinner and people had no idea it was cauliflower. |

Just tonight I finished off some heavy cream that I froze last week before my trip. I used some of it on Sunday, in my coffee... it was kinda weird in how it separated. I used the rest of it tonight, in some scrambled eggs. |
