My doctor recently encouraged me to not consume dairy products for a month and I was mostly successful. 90% of my eczema cleared up so I know at least my skin wasn't liking dairy.
But this morning I drank 6-8 ounces of coffee with lots of heavy whipping cream in it...and now I feel nauseous and have a headache. Is dairy really the culprit and has this happened to anyone else?
It is possible that it was expired cream...the stuff partially globbed out almost like soft-serve and partially normal thin liquid. Does that sound like bad cream or was it just separated? (It was given to me from a waiter at a cafe in a normal paper carton so I really want to doubt they'd want to poison me.) I also doubt it was grass-fed.
