As far as I can tell, I have no lactose intolerance. I have been drinking at least a glass of milk every day, usually more, ever since I was born. (My mother is a big milk supporter.)
That said, I would like to try going dairy free on the Whole30, but I'm a little worried. I read somewhere, (can't find it anymore), that if people don't regularly drink/eat dairy, they lose their ability to process it. So, my question is, assuming I can handle dairy without issue, if I go without dairy for a month, will I lose my ability to process it?
I checked the related questions and couldn't find any quite like it, sorry if I missed something. Oh, and I'm 16 years old, if that makes a difference.
