I've been paleoing for 5 weeks
I continue to take my iron pill as I am anaemic anyway
I also take Ginkgo Biloba and my memory/concentration is sharper with it
I bought Acai berry supplements a while ago, I think they are for energy but can't remember - not sure I need them now
I also take a multi vitamin as I don't eat dairy
In fact I eat meat, poultry, veg, salads, nuts. That's it
Should I be taking anything else?Or is what I take already too much?
