I've always had a "nervous stomach" that when stressed would send me to the bathroom repeatedly. I've done a lot in the past year to help improve my gut, but sometimes the stress just gets you.
During those times, I know there are things I can do to help deal with stress, but most are incompatible with not being able to leave the bathroom.
So in those cases, would it be reasonable to take Pepto to stop the diarrhea, or is it somehow going to mess with my already fragile gut ecosystem? Any better suggestions? What do you guys think?
