First off, if there was a part of the egg I would leave out of the omelette, it would be the white, not the yolk. I love frying some bacon, then cooking broccoli in the bacon fat, then the eggs, and finally add the bacon back in. |

Vegetables and meat. To me, they are a "clean out the refrigerator and add whatever I have" food. Spinach, onion and ham is quite nice. Is there a reason you are only using egg whites? |

Occasionally I'll whisk into the eggs coconut milk, cinnamon, & vanilla, then cook like an omelette or big pancake. It's like french toast without the toast! (And while I wouldn't admit to having done it myself, I'd bet that a drizzle of maple syrup would make it divine.) |

I don't ever use just whites, always the whole egg. Between four and six a day. I add some ground turkey, green peppers, sometimes some whole milk mozzarella cheese. Cook the meat in coconut oil, and the eggs in grass-fed butter. Been doing this for years now. I can usually be eating within 15 minutes of waking up, with all the dishes washed. Gotta love a routine! ;) |

I use omelets as a vehicle to hide those things I don't normally like to eat but know I should(mushrooms, organ meats, squash). I could eat an old shoe if it were cut up in an omelet. Eat the yolk, it is jam-packed with goodness. |

Why not eat the yolks?, the biggest amount of vitamins, minerals and healthy fats, are in the yolks. To get fluffy and moist omelets, i add one of the following: -Heavy cream -Gruyere cheese -Coconut water -Naturally brewed and fermented soy sauce -Loads of organic butter. Plus there is a plethora of ingredients you can use as a feeling, usually use left overs |

Left over meats, veggies, and cheeses are all fair game in my omelet. My favorite is crisp bacon, sauteed onions, and raw cheese, topped with avocado and homemade salsa. |

Feta cheese and thinly sliced pepperoncinis make the most divine addition to an omelet base, especially if you add more feta, olives, salami, arugula, and a vinaigrette to stuff it after it cooks. |

One of my favorite meals is an eggs scrambled with left over roasted veggies. I use the veggies that I cook with my roasted chicken so they have all sorts of delicious chicken juice mixed in. It's usually, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, and zucchini. So good. |

I love three egg omelettes! Sometimes I add grated goat milk cheddar cheese and top it with sriracha sauce. I've also added sliced sausage that I've browned first before adding the eggs. Also sauted sliced mushrooms. But usually that's too much work. Just cook the eggs, add cheese, flip half over, done. |

I have a bag of baby spinach for salads ready to grab in the fridge and grape tomatoes on the counter that I cut in half and toss in. Those are super easy. And I usually eat my eggs with unsweetened ketchup. Can't help it. It helps to break up banality. |

Yea I'm not a fan of yolks personally unless its egg soldiers but as I have no bread anymore goodbye soldiers, plus it allows me to add more whites/ for a higher protein to fat ratio, I'm a Fitness instructor avid CrossFitter requiring higher protein requirements specially being on a strength phase. any of you tried egg whites and almond ground its amazing, with passata, turkey and tomatoes, mushrooms, onions amazing!!! |
