Grass-fed ribeye, shrimp, and crab, all with melted Kerrygold butter, roasted lemon-pepper broccoli, and a glass of orange-spice iced tea.

Now, if it was my last meal because I was not going to live to see another meal, I would include a giant yam slathered in butter, cinnamon, and sucanat.

If I were dying soon after eating anyway, I would also include bleu cheese french bread and a frosting delivery system, such as a red velvet cake or cupcake.

Just experienced kerrygold butter or the first time. Thank you for the idea! – mojodally Jul 29 at 17:45

Lately I been really digging baked apples sprinkled with cinnamon, eaten along with baked and cooled japanese sweet potatoes, along with a handful of cashews or pistachios. Weird I know. Kind of our dessert.

But more along the lines of "normal" meals: Pork tenderloin and sweet potatoes or white potatoes drizzled with coconut oil.

Never gets old.

Word. haven't tried the apple thing yet, but the tenderloin with a Jap sweet potato and a drizzle of coconut. Yum. Sometimes i do almond butter in place of the CO, which is equally as good. – foreveryoung Jul 26 at 19:54

Hands down grass-fed steak with creamed sweet potatoes and broccoli.

(I could seriously eat this meal everyday for the rest of my life.)

NY strip, grilled. Topped with butter, salt and pepper.
Sauteed mushrooms in butter.
Baked sweet potato with butter and cinnamon.
A glass of Pinot Noir or Merlot (no butter).
A square of Green & Blacks organic dark chocolate for dessert.

I have never had this exact meal, but I may have to do it soon!

(butter rules!)

Grilled salmon, with a little chopped tomato, avocado and red onion on top. Some sort of greens (spinach, kale, chard, whatever) sauteed in coconut oil or bacon.

Liked Dave S's desert suggestion too!

Grass-fed beef short ribs

Mashed sweet potato with coconut milk

A sautee of carrots, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, sun dried tomatoes, and asparagus in coconut oil

Grilled octopus served over a raw eggplant + tomato salad

For dessert:

Sweet potato paleo pancakes with coconut flour and rice pudding made with coconut milk

It wouldn't be a meal, it would be a feast ;).

Thanks! @ChrisS: Here's the recipe: (Serves 2-3 depending on your hunger) Ingredients: -1/2 cup of all natural apple sauce (NO sugar added!) -1/4 cup of coconut flour -2-3 eggs depending on the consistency -1 small sweet potato (peeled and boiled until soft) -A handful of Pecans or macadamias -Cinnamon (as much as u want) -2 tsp Nutmeg -1 tbsp vanilla extract Preparation: Mix all of the above in a bowl mashing the pecans and sweet potato especially well until you get a smooth batter... – YoungPaleoLover Jul 26 at 18:22
Afterwards, put some coconut oil in a pan and cook small sized pancakes on medium-low heat, takes about 3 minutes per pancake. Flip carefully and don't leave the stove to avoid burning! – YoungPaleoLover Jul 26 at 18:23
