I eat Beef Bone marrow about 3/4 times a week, on my rest days. I love it a lot, I've been eating it since I was a little boy. I LOVE eating it with ground beef. What my mom does is she makes ground beef on one side, boils bone marrow on the other. Then I heat the bones with ground beef. Then, spread it all over the food !
While I find it extremely tasty, my mom is still against my ''excessive'' bone marrow consumption. Also, how good is it for bone health ?
I eat it because it tastes great and has a phenomenal texture. What is your mother's concern about it?
I don't know about eating marrow for bone strength, but it is a great fat and calorie source.

I don't eat it very often - usually only when I make homemade beef stock and have the marrow bones. (I haven't bought marrow bones for the sole purpose of roasting them to eat the marrow, but perhaps...)
Sometimes I just eat it with a spoon. It is so rich and luxurious. But it's delicious spread on a grain-free cracker, sprinkled with a tiny bit of salt.
How old are you?
Secondly, according to this site, bone marrow is high in iron, phosphorus and other minerals. I don't see how eating it is going to strengthen your bones. Eat leafy greens for your calcium.
