I've heard that some salmon is just tilapia (which is ridiculous). I can get these frozen packages of salmon for about $1.30 for 4 ounces of salmon. That's about $5.20/lb. Is this too good to be true?

I'd use caution because they state "We are a full service company that started on the ground floor of processing seafood in China." Their salmon is wild, but is probably NOT Alaskan salmon (they don't show origin that I could find). I just don't trust Chinese food processing or the cleanliness of the waters. |
